Controller and contact
HDR One is published by La Résidence Développement, SAS, 9 rue Charles-Édouard Jeanneret, 78300 Poissy, France, RCS Versailles 504 341 777. For questions or requests about your data, contact support@hdr-one.com.
Photos and HDR processing
To create an HDR image at your request, the app sends the required exposures over HTTPS to our processing service hosted by OVH in France. Photos may contain personal data in their content or metadata. They are used to perform the requested processing and return the result to your device. This processing is necessary to provide the service you request.
According to the operator, uploaded photos are deleted after processing. Retention conditions following an interruption or failure are still being clarified. Pending captures and results may also be stored on your device; depending on its settings, Android may include some app data in its backup. Manage these copies on your device and in its backup settings.
Technical data and subscriptions
The service uses a technical session cookie to connect the stages of a request. Technical logs, which may include an IP address, may be used to operate and secure the service. Their retention period is being clarified. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing and securing the service.
Subscriptions and payments purchased through Google Play or the App Store are managed by the relevant platform, Google or Apple respectively. The Google Play billing library may send Google technical diagnostic information, including information about the app and device. See the privacy policies of Google and Apple for their processing. The app does not require you to create an HDR One account.
Website and cookies
The website loads Google Analytics audience measurement and YouTube video services only with your consent. You can choose these services separately and withdraw your consent at any time. Our cookie policy explains their data, retention and recipients.
Your rights and data deletion requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. Write to support@hdr-one.com, describing your request without sending photos unless necessary. Without an HDR One account, we may need details to locate the data concerned; if it cannot be identified, we will let you know. You may also complain to the CNIL or your data protection authority.
A data deletion request does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage your subscription in Google Play.
